How much do you charge?

OJBG has a minimum labor fee of $175. (Required parts and supplies are an additional cost.)

This allows for every job, large or small, to cover a portion of the overhead expenses associated with running a legitimate business.

**In certain circumstances, OJBG often offers first time and repeat clients a “one-time, small job discount” for those exceptionally small and simple repairs.

Do you provide free estimates?

OJBG provides prospective clients with free “virtual” ballpark estimates when then client is able to provide details of the project as they see it, as well any requested photos to help illustrate the size and scope. With that information, OJBG will offer an estimated cost with a range relative to the size of the project.

In situations where an in-person quote is requested or required, OJBG charges a consultation fee of $75. However, unlike the range provided with virtual estimates, in-person consultations receive firm quotes for which the final invoice will not exceed, barring any major unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a need to change the final quote, a new quote is agreed upon between OJBG and the client before work continues.

What type of payment do you accept?

Cash and checks are great!

Venmo and PayPal are also highly convenient with low/no fees and solid security.

If you prefer to use a credit/debit card, OJBG will email you an invoice with a “Pay Now” portal. (OJBG loses 3.5% for this option)
